Shipping cost:
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout by the USPS.
We add a $1.00 handling fee to cover a part of the shipping material costs.
So excluding the $1.00 handling fee what you pay for shipping is the EXACT amount the USPS charges me to ship your order.
Fedex express is a flat rate fee I am charged to ship ANY order a $1 handling fee is added to this cost.
Incorrect address used during checkout:
Please know we need you to act quickly so we can ensure to get your address changed in the ship fulfillment companies program before they begin packing your order, quickly message us through the contact icon on the bottom left!
Make sure you include the specific order # and the address you need your items shipped to.
Note: If your order has already been shipped you will need to contact your postal service to redirect the package.

When will my order ship?
Please note due to Covid19 we can not guarantee the below ship out times and we humbly ask you for your patience during these unprecedented times.
Orders placed during the week of/week after a scheduled shop update event typically ships within these time frames:
North America: 10-14 business days depending on the volume of orders received
Europe/other: 10-14 business days depending on the volume of orders received
Please note: During shop updates within a 24-72 hour period we take in between 2000-2500+ orders and this amount takes time to process also we ask the shipping company we use to go at a slow but steady pace to avoid making mistakes.

Due to USPS postal service workers being laid off in the thousands and ALL mailing services being bogged down from millions of people relying on online shopping for everyday needs we can not give an estimate of how long it will take for your order to show up.
We have seen everything from 3-5 days to 7-10 days within the US and up to 5+ weeks for international orders. Please understand that this is 100% out of our hands.

Did you order multiple packages during a shop update or any other time & would like us to combine them?
I’m sorry we’re not able to combine orders due to the chaos/confusion this creates for the ship fulfillment company due to the high volume of orders we receive. Each order placed will be shipped out individually & shipping costs will apply to every order placed.

My order shipped but it’s still not here yet?
Due to USPS postal service workers being laid off in the thousands and ALL mailing services being bogged down from millions of people relying on online shopping for everyday needs we can not give an estimate of how long it will take for your order to show up.
We have seen everything from 3-5 days to 7-10+ days within the US and up to 5+ weeks for international orders. We expect further delays during the holiday shipping season.
Please understand that this is 100% out of our hands and that even though it may take a long while 99% of orders are still reaching where they’re going.
- Tracking tips
If your order has shipped you will find your tracking info under “order history” on your shopping account. This may not show up on the mobile view so be sure to check it out on a desktop/tablet if you can’t find it.
When tracking your order it’s important that you use the actual USPS full website to track an order, when using the simplified version on your mobile phone it often does not show detailed info or updates. https://www.usps.com/manage/

Customs and import taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs. Orders may have to be received at your local post or customs office if import taxes are due. Please take into account the possibility of these charges prior to placing your order.
If we receive a returned international package due to import taxes not being paid and you choose to not have your order reshipped we will only issue store credit and depending on the size and length of time it took to return to us you may be subject to no store credit or a restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Lost or stolen orders.
Please understand that once your order ships we are no longer in control of what happens to your items, there are some steps that can be taken though.
If an item was lost in the mail and you chose priority shipping or FedEx one rate at checkout your order will be eligible for us to file a claim through the shipping provider, as soon as the claim is accepted we will issue a full refund.
Please note: If a package is marked as delivered we can not file a claim, also we do not issue refunds or store credits once a package is marked delivered. See a bit below for tips in finding your marked delivered package.
If an item was lost in the mail and you selected ground shipping at checkout we can not file a claim. The next step is for you to submit a mail recovery request with the USPS.

After an additional 5 business days if nothing is found and no movement is seen we will issue a store credit. Please Note: During Covid19 & the holiday season we will be waiting 14 business days after a report is filed to issue a store credit within the US & 30 business days internationally.
If a package is marked delivered via tracking but is not in your mailbox please:
a.) check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them.
b.) check with your mail person to see if they recall delivering it, it will have a large colorful label with a mountain scene on it.
c.) check with your post office to see if they have it.
Many times packages marked as delivered can be found doing the above steps. If you suspect an item has been stolen from your mailbox please file a postal theft report with your local authorities.
Once an item is marked as "delivered" no refunds or store credits will be issued. However, if the package should arrive as a return to our shipping facility we will gladly notify you and reship your order.
- Can you add or remove items from orders or combine multiple orders?
I’m so sorry but we are not able to do so, even prior to switching to a ship fulfillment company this was not something we offered. Why?
Shipping systems even very complex ones do not show a person's multiple orders all in one place, meaning it would take an extreme amount of effort to sort through all 2000+ orders we often receive during updates to find all of any one person's orders to combine them.
But no worries you be provided with individual tracking numbers for each and every order placed.
- Are you moving right after placing an order?
Please be sure to go online to the USPS website and fill out a mail forwarding request, we can not hold your order for you or guarantee it will not arrive to your old address before you move or to your new address before you get there.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! With ease! However please understand that you are responsible for paying your import taxes at time of pick up if your country requires them.
- What is a ship fulfillment center & why do we use one?
We use a ship fulfillment center! This means that as soon as you place an order here with me a company that we have hired receives your order picks it, packs it and puts a label on it then sends it to you!
They have a SKU system in place which gives them an 99.97% accuracy rate when shipping, I use my own custom packaging I designed and everything that is fragile is pre-bubble wrapped before we even send it to them!
Why do we now use a ship fulfillment center? Well honestly we have out grown the ability for two humans to handle shipping out thousands of orders! This much needed changes allows us to focus on crating and spending time out on the land!
