So do you need an herbal concoction of sorts that's thick & coats your throat during times of illness?Want it to be easy to use because putting forth effort when we're ill sucks?
Cool I made something like that just for you!
Let's dive in!
This sticky sweet gal is a beautiful dance of herbal allies, truly raw local honey,& good ol 100 proof vodka in scant amounts!
Who's showing up here & how do they help us out you ask?
*Wild Cherry bark is a relatively powerful ally that supports our natural lung functions during times of respiratory infections of any kind as she helps calm down our coughing & helps us successfully hack grossness out of our lungs before it gets to embedded!
*Thyme is an awesome lady to call into the battle against all things respiratory infections as she too calms down coughing when you're hacking up a lung & helps our lungs natural functions of thinning out mucus for a more productive cough!
*Garden Sage comes in to make this trio whole with her desire to quell your burning throat,to calm the heat of a fever,& to dry up whatever mucus you've got going on so there's less & less funk to cough up in the first place!
*These allies were blended with raw honey since it's well known to be helpful for throats/lungs during times of illness but she also allows the herbal allies here to coat our throats keeping them where we need them most!
*Then a splash of vodka is added to the infusion process! This not only gives us the much needed alcohol soluble properties of our allies the alcohol helps their herbal properties reach a bit further into our throat tissues as it's absorbed!

All of my salves/balms/butters/creams are made with ethically wildcrafted whole herbs from contaminant free areas, organically grown in my personal garden or sourced from an organic producer within the united states. I only use organic oils, beeswax, and tallows.
My oils of choice are Avocado, Safflower, Coconut oil.
All salves, balms and most body butters contain beeswax.
I use absolutely no essential oils.
All of my oils are infused with herbals for 4-6+ weeks at a time away from the sun for deep slow and patient infusion of each plants herbal properties.
For creams/butters that contain water content, I use a proper FDA approved paraben free preservative at a minuscule but effective 0.2% level to prevent very dangerous contaminants such as molds/bacteria/yeast.
All metal tins are approved for heat contact, all tubes are BPA free, all glass jars are lead-free.
Did you know that every purchase gets us even closer to opening up our nonprofit hands-on herbal learning farm called "Dinner still needs cooking" a place where you can come and learn side by side with me for free?!
